We can help!

We are now taking on a limited number of private tours per year. Why? While we are a small but growing company we want to make sure we are giving each tour we do our full attention to detail. Its for this reason we will only be taking on a certain number of private tours per year. So please aim to get in touch with plenty of notice to your travel dates to allow us time to plan your adventure.

How Private tours work:

-Fill out the form below detailing the kind of trip you are looking for.
-We will respond letting you know if its a tour we can help with.
-We then require a fee of €150 to start working on your itinerary. This fee will be deducted from your overall tour cost once you confirm a trip with us. -We will arrange an introductory call over WhatsApp. This is so we can really get a feel for the kind of tour you are looking for, to make sure we create the perfect itinerary for you. -Once you are happy with the itinerary, we agree on your budget and a final price for the tour. -We will work out a payment plan to suit you, we are very flexible on this. -We make all the on the ground travel arrangements for you with your own private driver and like our group tours we will provide you with a packing list and any information regarding visas and vaccinations. -We will also be available *almost 24/7 to help you with any questions before and during your trip should any problems arise.

Why do we charge a fee? A lot of work goes into itinerary creation. We use our firsthand knowledge of these destinations through our personal travels over the years coupled with our experienced in-destination tour guides to create these one of a kind itineraries.

What if I don’t like the itinerary you create?

We will work together until we get an itinerary that’s just right for you. It may involve many back and forth emails or WhatsApp calls but we will keep going until you and or your group are happy with the tour we propose. You can even choose to adapt one of our group tour itineraries.

How much will the tour cost?

This will depend on many factors, however we will do our best to work to your budget and give you the most cost effective trip. Things like time of year, mode of transport, type of accommodation and how many people in your group all effect the cost.

What if I don’t want to book a tour with you?

You are under no obligation to book the tour with us. However this fee is non-refundable and can only be used to go towards a tour you book with us.

Can you just create an itinerary for us and we make bookings our selves?

Absolutely, this is also possible. This is the perfect option for those who just need a little help planning what to do but are capable of making all bookings themselves or for those wanting a self drive holiday (depending on the country). The €150 fee still applies.
